Dear Beloved Sisters, welcome to IWM Devotion. Today is going to be different. Not because everything around you has suddenly changed. Not because every prayer has already been answered. But because today, we are making a decision. We are choosing renewed strength.

Maybe you’ve been reading through these past few days of devotionals. Maybe you nodded. Maybe you whispered “amen.” And yet… something still feels strange inside. A quiet heaviness. A subtle weariness. A waiting that feels longer than you expected. And you wonder, Why do I still feel like this? No problem.

God understands you. He is not intimidated by your process. He is not frustrated by your fatigue. He is not measuring your faith by how energetic you feel. He sees the part of you no one else sees, the silent prayers, the private battles, the strength it takes just to show up.

And today, we are bringing that before Him. The Word says in Book of Isaiah 40:31, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength…” Not those who rush. Not those who force outcomes. Not those who pretend they are fine. Those who hope.

Waiting is one of the hardest forms of weakness. It stretches you, it humbles you, it exposes how little control you truly have. Waiting can make you question yourself. It can make you question timing. Sometimes it even tempts you to question God. But the Scripture reframes waiting.

Waiting is not wasted. Waiting is not weakness without reward. Waiting, when anchored in hope, becomes the doorway to renewal. Hope transforms exhaustion into endurance. It does not always remove the load, but it strengthens the shoulders carrying it. It does not always shorten the night, but it steadies the heart until morning.

So today, we are not pretending we are strong. We are asking for renewed strength.

Let us pray, Ladies.

Heavenly Father, Faithful and Most Gracious Father, here are Your daughters today. You know their hearts. You see what I cannot see. You see the tears they never explained. You see the prayers they stopped repeating out loud. You see the disappointment they tried to dress up as “I’m okay.”

Father, I ask for renewed strength. Where there has been mental exhaustion, breathe clarity. Where there has been emotional heaviness, breathe peace. Where there has been spiritual dryness, pour fresh oil.

You said that those who hope in You will renew their strength. So today, we choose hope. Not in outcomes. Not in people. Not in timelines. In You Lord.

I decree Your Word over Your daughters, strength is rising again. Faith is rising again. Joy is rising again. The weariness will not have the final say. Teach them to wait without fear. To trust without striving. To rest without guilt. Lift the chin of the one who feels forgotten. Steady the heart of the one who feels uncertain. Remind each woman reading this that You are not late, not absent, not indifferent.

Renew them from the inside out. Let today mark a shift. May they run and not grow weary. May they walk and not faint. May they feel Your nearness in ways that quiet every internal storm.

Please Lord, strengthen Your daughters. And as they open their hearts to You now, meet them gently. Meet them powerfully. Meet them personally. In Jesus Most Powerful name. Amen.
