Word for Today

Dear Woman, I want you to know that your authority extends to every area of your life, including your finances.

Too often, women live under financial stress, fear, or limitation because they fail to exercise the authority God has already given them. Please know this: your provision is not dependent on the economy. It doesn’t depend on trends or anyone’s approval. It is dependent on the One who gave you dominion.

Walking in authority over your finances is recognizing that wealth and provision are God-given, not just luck (Deuteronomy 8:18)

It is speaking life and blessings over your money instead of curses, complaints, or fear. It is rebuking poverty-minded thoughts and declaring abundance in alignment with God’s Word. If there’s one thing I learned from my mother, it is declaring and speaking life over your finances.

Walking in authority also means faithfully sowing, tithing, and stewarding what God entrusts to you. Malachi 3:10 reminds us that there are many benefits when you carry out these responsibilities well. God’s order is “give and it shall be given,” not give and you shall lack. And we know this phrase very well, givers never lack. What I am saying in essence is this: when you steward well and do what He has asked of you, then you are positioned for greatness and blessings.

And I speak to your finances this morning, that they will grow. I speak life over them, in Jesus’ name.

Walking in authority also means claiming the authority Jesus gave you, to trample financial fear and lack (Luke 10:19).

Ladies, are debts mounting? Stand in authority and declare God’s provision. Is there stagnation in your career or business? Take authority over opportunities and blessings in the spirit. Do you feel unable to save or invest? Speak God’s Word over your resources and act in faith.

Authority is active, declarative, and obedient. It is praying boldly, stewarding wisely, and refusing to be intimidated by numbers or circumstances.

Today, refuse to live as a financial victim. Walk boldly in the authority God has given you. Declare abundance. Exercise stewardship. Command provision.

Prayer

Father, I take authority over my finances today. I refuse to live in fear, lack, or limitation. I declare provision, favor, and abundance over my life. Help me steward wisely, sow faithfully, and walk boldly in the authority You have given me over all that concerns me. Open the windows of heaven, Lord, and let Your blessings flow. In Jesus name, Amen.
