Word for Today
Sister, your body is not a battleground you surrender to sickness or weakness. Your health is part of the dominion God has given you. When we talk about Walking in or exercising authority over your health,
I’m saying, Refusing to accept disease, fatigue, or imbalance as inevitable.
We have a father who always listens and answer us. And He has promised us in His word . So why not reject and cancel those sicknesses and diseases trying to stop you. Declare and speak life. The life that God has given to you, that He has given to us all.
Walking in authority also, is Speaking life and healing over your body daily. I want to share a testimony about declaring health and speaking life. For a long time, I struggled with persistent itching in a specific area of my leg. It was uncomfortable and unsettling. But then the Holy Spirit prompted me to speak to it — to address it with authority instead of just tolerating it. Yes, I used to apply olive oil on it, but even if I missed applying the oil, I never missed speaking to it. I kept saying, “This is not your home. My body, every part of it, belongs to God. His life flows in me and through me.”
I kept declaring. I kept speaking. I kept rebuking. And one day, I realized it was gone. Just like that.Glory. And the Lord opened my eyes to something powerful. At no time are you to entertain the enemy. You stand in authority, rebuke him, and he must flee. Because God has already given us authority and victory in Christ.
Sometimes we are trying to wrestle with what we already have power over. Authority is not noise. It is knowing. It is standing. It is declaring. Now ladies, you must not be sick before you start declaring or praying. Speak life today and everyday.
Walking in authority is, Rebuking symptoms, confusion, or unhealthy habits in your spirit. It means Partnering faith with action, eating, resting, exercising, and trusting God. While you pray and trust God, please stewed your body too. It’s not just finance we steward we steward the life and body that God has given us.
Take break when necessary, relax and be calm. Don’t over think. Take care of your health. Ladies. See, we pour out everyday but please check yourself too. Don’t empty yourself because you want to take care of everything.
Are you struggling with recurring sickness? I Speak the Word of God over your body today, be heal. I pray that the blood of Jesus wash your system clean today, in Jesus name. Is fatigue or stress weighing you down? We Take authority and command strength, clarity, and energy in the name of Jesus. Do you fear hereditary conditions or family health patterns? I Declare your body protected and redeemed by the blood of Jesus. Amen
I want you to receive this with your heart and trust that the fear physician works wonders and lives you. But please declare and pray this way over your body daily. And may the Lord fill your prayers with power.
Remember Isaiah 53:5 — your healing is already purchased. It is not something you beg for; it is something you stand in authority to receive. And 3 John 1:2 reminds us that God desires our prosperity and health. Authority like I say is active.
You are not waiting for symptoms to disappear, no. But you are declaring God’s promise, aligning your actions, and walking boldly in the victory already won for you. In This month, exercise authority over your body. Speak life over your cells, strength over your organs, and protection over your immune system. Your health responds to your declaration backed by God’s Word.
Prayer
Father, I take authority over my health today. I refuse to accept sickness, weakness, or fatigue. By the stripes of Jesus, I declare healing over my body. I speak life, strength, and vitality over every cell, organ, and system. I walk boldly in the authority You have given me, trusting that You have ordained health and wholeness for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
