PRAYERS FOR OUR CHILDREN PART 1 (Identity, Salvation & Relationship with God)
Our Focus Today is that our children know God personally and walk in their true identity. Let it not be said of us, like in Book of Judges 2:10, that a generation rose and did not know the Lord.
Our deepest cry is this: that our children will not just hear about God, but know Him personally, walk closely with Him, and live in the truth of who they are in Him.
May God help them to walk with Him and also work for Him. And may He help us as mothers and women to show them the right path, so that through our lives and guidance, they are led into a real and lasting relationship with Him.
Let us pray
1. Father, let my child know You personally and walk in salvation. (John 17:3). You can pray for them using their names.
2. Lord, draw my child to Yourself and keep their heart responsive to You. (John 6:44).
3. My child will be called a child of God and walk in that identity boldly. (1 John 3:1)
4. Lord please, Give my child a new heart that loves righteousness and hates sin. (Ezekiel 36:26)
5. Holy Spirit, dwell in my child and guide them daily. (Romans 8:14).
6. Let my child grow in grace and in the knowledge of Christ. (2 Peter 3:18).
7. My child will not depart from the ways of the Lord. (Proverbs 22:6
8. Father, establish a deep hunger for Your Word in my child. (Matthew 5:6).
9. Let my child walk in the fear of the Lord all their days. (Proverbs 9:10).
10. My child will love You with all their heart, soul, and mind. (Matthew 22:37).
Beloved, these prayers are not just words, they are seeds planted in the spirit. As you pray consistently, trust that God is working behind the scenes, shaping, protecting, and guiding your children into His perfect will.
