PRAYERS FOR OUR CHILDREN PART 2 (Protection, Safety & Divine Covering)

Today’s Focus: Divine protection spiritually, physically, and emotionally. Just as God kept the three Hebrew boys in the fire and shut the mouths of lions for Daniel, so shall His hand rest upon our children be it spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

Our prayer is that they will be covered on every side, untouched by harm, and kept by God’s power in every season. And that as they grow, they will walk in the confidence that God is their refuge, their shield, and their ever-present help. 

Let us pray

1. Lord, surround my child with Your protection always. (Psalm 125:2).

2. No weapon formed against my child shall prosper. (Isaiah 54:17).

3. Keep my child from evil and preserve their life. (Psalm 121:7).

4. Let Your angels watch over my child wherever they go. (Psalm 91:11).

5. Father, hide my child (children) under the shadow of Your wings. (Psalm 91:4).

6. Deliver my child from every trap of the enemy. (Psalm 124:7).

7. Let my child dwell in safety and peace. (Proverbs 1:33).

8. Lord, protect my child from wrong friendships and influences. (1 Corinthians 15:33).

9. Preserve my child’s going out and coming in. (Psalm 121:8).

10. Father, be a wall of fire around my child. (Zechariah 2:5).

11. Thank God for answered prayers.
